Will The US Lift Ban On Crude Exports?

According to Bank of America Corporation (BAC), US crude oil production has exceeded that of Saudi Arabia and Russia, making it the world's biggest producer of both oil and natural gas during first quarter this year. The ramp up in production is a result of the use of hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling techniques, which have led to North Dakota and Texas shale accounting for almost half of production in the US.
